When it comes to solving a constraint, I see two main issues. One is that people incorrectly identify the constraint. Two, they identify correctly but incorrectly solve it. They hire another person, add another tool, try to automate something, add AI because they were told it'd solve everything. And they end up overwhelmed, with the same problems as before.
